Angela Camille Hicks
Founder and Managing Partner of White Oak Real Estate Group, and North Carolina and Maryland-based real estate investor since 2012. She's done well over 6 figures worth of real estate transactions. Angela Hicks obtained a terminal degree in education from North Carolina State University. Angela acts as the sole manager of WOREG's administrative department, as well as its chief negotiator for acquisitions. She is currently focusing on real estate investing in the Texas, Maryland, and North Carolina markets.
Emeka Okafor
Chief Operating Officer of White Oak Real Estate Group, Emeka has a knack for numbers and finding value, graduating from North Carolina State University with a major in economics and a minor in Mandarin Chinese, as well as having worked as a financial analyst for Bell Tower Capital Management LLC, Emeka has a strong understanding of the various impacts of the economy on real estate pricing, and knows how to find sound, profitable investments. Emeka is responsible for managing WOREG's finances, marketing, and dispositions. He is also in charge of deal analysis, and managing WOREG's joint venture department.
Angela Wiggs
Acquisitions Manager of White Oak Real Estate Group, Angela has extensive experience in both management and human relations. Having worked in the management industry for nearly 2 decades, Angela brings an invaluable skill set to the WOREG team. Alongside being responsible for acquisitions, Angela also assists with the marketing department and deal analysis.
